Industrial RO Membrane
YIME industrial RO membranes are designed for large-scale water treatment systems. Compared with residential membranes, they can handle higher water volumes and operate stably under higher pressure. With a robust structure and advanced materials, they offer stronger fouling resistance and higher filtration efficiency, effectively removing dissolved salts, organic matter, and other impurities.
YIME membranes are available in standard sizes 4040 and 8040, ensuring compatibility with most systems for easy installation and replacement. Customization is also available to optimize membrane area, permeate flow, and salt rejection based on specific project needs.

Low-pressure RO membranes Series
Operable under a pressure of 150 psi, this membrane element offers a stable salt rejection rate of 99.5% and is suitable for feed water with a salinity of up to 2000 mg/L.

Ultra-Low Pressure RO Membrane Series
It can operate normally under ultra-low pressure conditions and is suitable for applications with a salinity of 1500 mg/L.

Anti-Fouling RO Membrane Series
By adopting a special process, the membrane surface charge and smoothness are modified, enhancing its hydrophilicity.

Spiral-Wound Membranes
Spiral-Wound Membranes are membrane sheets and spacer layers alternately wound around the central tube to form a compact cylindrical structure.
Spiral-Wound Membranes have a high membrane area density and low pressure drop, and our reverse osmosis membranes are primarily spiral-wound membranes.
Main Components of the Membrane
It is mainly composed of three parts: Membrane Surface Layer，Porous Support Layer and Base Support Layer
The spiral-wound structure consists of end caps, a central tube, membrane sheets, and mesh spacers.
Precautions for use of Industrial RO Membrane
The changing time of RO Water Membranes depends upon the above factors. If the water has a very high level of impurities, and a high TDS level, then the RO Membrane would need to be replaced quite frequently. Some factors are needed to be considered before changing the RO membrane
The hardness of the water or TDS level.
The amount of water used in purifying the water.
Level of impurities and contaminants present in the water.
The RO Membrane on average should be replaced every 2-3 years. If it is still producing good quality water then may be able to keep longer than five years. RO Membrane price is very cost-effective and can be easily changed.
If RO Membrane is never cleaned, then the lifespan of RO membrane may get reduced. If the water has a sour taste or certain odor, it is time to go for a maintenance check.
