Product Introduction
The Yixuan brand industrial RO membrane YIME-LP-PW-4040 is engineered with a spiral-wound structure. It consists of a central permeate collection tube, multiple membrane envelopes, and mesh-like feedwater flow channels arranged between the envelopes. Each membrane envelope is formed by placing two membrane sheets back-to-back, with a permeate carrier fabric sandwiched in between and a grid-structured feedwater channel on the front side. Three edges of each envelope are sealed with adhesive, while the fourth edge remains open to connect with the perforated permeate tube.
These membrane elements provide excellent fouling resistance, reduced replacement costs, simplified external piping, easy cleaning, and convenient maintenance. Yixuan membranes are available in a range of models, each designed to meet specific application requirements and environmental conditions.
