Operating Information

 

  1. Failure to strictly follow the operating limits specified in this product datasheet will void the limited warranty.
  2. All membrane elements are wet-tested before shipment and vacuum-packed in oxygen-barrier packaging.
  3. For short-term system shutdowns, it is recommended to soak the membrane elements in product water containing 500–1000 ppm sodium bisulfite to prevent biological growth.
  4. The initial permeate (first hour of operation) should be discarded.
  5. The user is fully responsible for ensuring chemical compatibility between the membrane materials and any chemicals used in the system. The use of incompatible chemicals will void the limited warranty.

 

Purchase Notice

 

  1. Seawater RO membranes should be used when the feed water TDS exceeds 10,000 ppm.
  2. Due to the high osmotic pressure of seawater, seawater desalination membranes require higher operating pressure, resulting in higher energy consumption.
  3. Our company operates on a wholesale basis, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 membrane elements.
